Hawks Crest Subdivision

Hawks Crest Subdivision is a 9-lot single family subdivision. The lots average 1.3 acres in size. Arcadia Consulting Engineers designed the road network pursuant to NCDOT subdivision street standards. This subdivision layout was 15% impervious or less, which allowed the project to be low impact. Arcadia designed the drainage to be directed to the roadside grass swales that discharges through level spreaders to prevent concentrate flows into the riparian buffers.
