Eaglestone Subdivision

Eaglestone Subdivision is a 28-lot single family subdivision. The lots average ¾ acre in size. Arcadia Consulting Engineers designed the road network pursuant to NCDOT subdivision street standards. Three dry detention basins were incorporated in the subdivision lot design to detain post-develop stormwater runoff to pre-develop stormwater runoff for the 1 year, 24-hour storm as required in the Neuse River Watershed.
